Life is weird

The subject is pretty self-explanatory, but it's true that this thing called life can be complex, crazy, and confusing. To that end, I'm posting some song lyrics that pretty accurately reflect a certain situation. It's from a Rascal Flatts song I just heard (takes a real man to admit he likes Rascal Flatts, haha.) The irony of it being from this group is almost overwhelming and it's so appropriate it's almost scary...

What hurts the most
Is being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
Never knowing what could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do

First pic

Here's da first pic I've added to dis blog. It's me (on the left) and a few of my boys goin hard one night last year at Madison. From left to right: KG, Miguel, Marcus, Troy. This resembles good times from Krista's b-day when I was still with her and when 2 of them still hadn't graduated yet. HA! Anyway, hopefully more to come once I master this program. Scale of 1 to 10...am I hot or not?

Here goes...

Figured I had to start sometime. This is the first post on my own little part of the blogosphere, and who knows when the next one will be so cherish it.

It's been a very long day, and it's pretty late now so I'm looking forward to sleep. But I have to get my tennis fix first by watching some late-night action from Miami. Sometimes I wish I lived the life of a professional tennis player (or any athlete for that matter), but it's definitely not as glamorous as it seems. Chances are the majority of my posts will end up being about sports, so I better stop now.

Headaches can be brutal. Maybe I have one because the majority of my day is spent looking at computers, multiple TVs, a cell phone...other technological inventions that have dominated our lives. What was life like before these things came along? I can only imagine. On that note I'll put the wraps on my first post here.

Create a great day!
